All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Cairo & Giza: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Other governorates across Egypt: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during official holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

If a customer refuses to receive an order that matches the confirmed request, only the shipping cost will be charged.
